Mortensen Family Potluck

While I was in Utah, I thought it would be fun for Landon's family to come to Deer Creek for a potluck.  I wanted to see everyone, and I figured it would be easier if we all gathered in one place.  Plus, less scary driving on I-15 for me.  (So, you may have noticed that I have a bit of a fear of driving on I-15.  I'm sure it'll be much better after the construction is over.)

I still didn't get to see everyone.  I didn't see Landon's sisters and I didn't see a couple of friends from college that I really wanted to see.  Maybe if I had had more energy or time.  But I don't really have an excuse for not getting pictures of everyone I did see.  Hopefully next time!

After everyone had left, Paige, her family, my boys and I went to the reservoir.  We let the kids play in the mud and water.  They had a blast!  We then went for a short hike to Bridal Veil Falls.  After we got back to the campground, we roasted s'mores.  So much fun!
