I felt like I cheated. This delectable little tartlet was almost too easy to make. But I have to admit that I am extremely glad it was so easy. In the last week we had our household goods packed up and shipped out leaving little time for baking. Ok, well I guess there would be more time if I weren't obsessed with looking at houses online.
Anyway, thanks to Jessica of My Baking Heart for choosing this recipe. I would love to try this recipe with a peach. I'm getting hungry just thinking about it.
