Happy Valentine's Day

Can I just tell you how much I love flowers?  I LOVE them, and I am so happy that Landon gave these to me.  Thanks Landon!  I love you!

How Sweet It Is...

This year we celebrated Valentine's on Friday the 13th!  It was much easier to get a babysitter for Friday since there was such a high demand for Saturday.  

I found this awesome idea for a Valentine's treat on bakerella.blogspot.com.  She is an amazing baker and photographer.  You should take a look at her blog, even if your not interested in this particular dessert.

No, these are not truffles, they're cakes balls.  And the "box" is cake too.  

Bakerella made her box out of red fondant which looks much better.  I couldn't find any, so I chose to make my box white instead of trying to make red fondant.  You should take a look at the Bakerella's blogspot.  Her version looks like store bought chocolates!
