It's not a Tuesday, I know, but I am completely behind with blogging including my TWD posts, and I just want to get this done while I have time.
I loved this cake. I made it for Thanksgiving and it was a perfect fit for the holiday feast. To be honest, though, the texture was more like a bread (like banana or Hawaiian) than a cake. It was easy to make too--which is always a plus in my book. I opted for the maple syrup topping, and I would recommend it to anyone making this cake.
